Responsibilities
- Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement creative menus for our fine dining restaurant and banquets.
- Manage and train a team of chefs and cooks.
- Control food costs and inventory.
- Collaborate with the F&B Director on special events and promotions.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Manage relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in hiring and training new culinary team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- Proven track record in a high-volume, fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
