Join our growing team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Amsterdam Care Homes. We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff.
- Document and maintain accurate records of residents' care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Uphold the confidentiality and dignity of residents at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification in the Netherlands.
- Valid first aid and CPR certifications.
- At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
