Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ employees.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance.
- Prepare and review reports on production metrics.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in a related field preferred).
- Proven experience in manufacturing, at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
