We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Kitting Specialist to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly, packaging, and inventory management. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble products according to client specifications.
- Pack and label products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity.
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in kitting, assembly, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Proficient in reading and speaking Hindi.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
