Join GreenSpace Urban Design, a leading urban design and planning firm, as our new Senior Urban Designer. We're seeking a creative and experienced professional to lead and contribute to a wide range of projects, from master planning to detailed design.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage urban design projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Prepare and present design concepts, reports, and other project-related documents.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Represent the firm at public meetings, community events, and other stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in urban design and planning.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong design and graphic skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Knowledge of local planning policies, regulations, and codes.
- LEED certification is a plus.
