Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize resumes for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and human review.
- Provide personalized feedback to clients to improve their resumes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest resume writing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with our team of resume writers and career coaches.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly resume analysis targets.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions.
- Contribute to our blog and other content marketing efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a resume writer or analyst.
- Strong knowledge of ATS and resume best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for grammar and formatting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Human Resources).
- Certification from a recognized resume writing organization is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Word and Google Docs.
