We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Resume Analyst to join our growing team in Chennai. This role involves screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating with our recruitment team to find the best fit for our open positions.
Responsibilities
- Screening and evaluating resumes in Hindi and English.
- Conducting initial phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinating with the recruitment team to schedule interviews.
- Updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
- Providing regular updates on the recruitment process to candidates.
- Assisting in employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborating with the team to improve our recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in resume screening or recruitment (1-2 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
