Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire payroll process, from data collection to final checks.
- Manage payroll for multiple entities and employee types.
- Stay updated with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, and maintain payroll records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Continuously improve payroll processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in payroll, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, UltiPro).
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
