Responsibilities

- Prepare and review compliance reports.

- Train staff on compliance policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Law).
- 5+ years of experience in compliance or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and compliance software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
