- Manage and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proven experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP, MES, CAD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
