Responsibilities
- Originate and process residential and commercial loans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to underwriting and credit committees.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual loan production targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and referral partners.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in loan origination (5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and loan origination software.
- Valid NMLS license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a pipeline.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
