Responsibilities

- Collaborate with recruitment teams to provide tailored interview coaching.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interviewing.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of interview preparation services.
- Manage and mentor a team of interview coaches.
- Contribute to business development efforts by attending industry events and networking.
- Travel as needed to deliver on-site workshops and training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or coaching.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of interview processes and best practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in professional coaching or a related discipline is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
