Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Assess and improve internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Perform financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Analyze and report audit findings to senior management and the audit committee.
- Collaborate with external auditors and other internal departments.
- Stay updated with new audit standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior auditors and contribute to the development of the audit function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CIA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with tech industry is a plus.
