Responsibilities

- Analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes.
- Oversee employee engagement, retention, and development programs.
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.
- Manage HR budget and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and HR metrics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Knowledge of New York labor laws and regulations.
