Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and develop HR strategies to achieve them.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments, focusing on quality and diversity.
- Design and implement HR programs, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
- Foster a positive work environment that supports employee growth and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, tech environment.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, or GPHR) certification is a plus.
