Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and data analysis.
- Experience in a fast-paced, tech environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
