Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.

- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis.

- Participate in mergers and acquisitions analysis and due diligence.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and regulatory filings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
