Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized solutions.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to help employees develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Travel domestically as needed to conduct on-site training.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure training aligns with company goals and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in corporate training or a related role.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.
- Ability to design and develop engaging training materials.
- Proficiency in using training software and LMS platforms.
- Experience with e-learning and virtual training.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
