Join TechInnovate Solutions, a dynamic tech company, as our new Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist. We're seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to lead our compensation and benefits programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies.
- Administer and manage employee benefit plans.
- Analyze market trends and data to ensure compensation packages are competitive.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement compensation programs.
- Prepare reports and analytics on compensation and benefits data.
- Stay current with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits.
- Partner with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation and benefits processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (7+ years) in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) is a plus.
- Experience with tech industry compensation practices is preferred.
