Qualifications
- Master's degree in Career Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in career assessment and coaching.
- Strong knowledge of career assessment tools and theories.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
- Certification from a recognized career counseling organization (e.g., NCC, GCDF) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems.
