Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in career coaching or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Career Counselor or similar would be an asset.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
