Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger and financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise and develop junior accountants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and best practices.
- Assist in the annual audit process.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software (NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
