Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience (3+ years).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Experience with inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
- Familiarity with sustainable business practices is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
