Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with regional management on strategic planning and execution.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
