Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support our remote workforce.
- Manage global HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Partner with our talent acquisition team to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with global HR best practices and employment laws.
- Provide exceptional support to our remote employees worldwide.
Qualifications
- Proven HR experience, preferably in a remote or global environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Google Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, or GPHR) certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Available to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones.
