- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience working remotely in a global organization.
- Certification from HRCI or SHRM is a plus.
