- Maintain office policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure office needs are met.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
