Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives.
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
- Administer benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and best practices.
- Manage HR team and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Certification from a recognized HR organization is a plus.
- Experience in a tech or startup environment is preferred.
