Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for repairs and service
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and repair techniques
- Work efficiently and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist in training and mentoring other technicians
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive service experience, preferably with Honda vehicles
- Certification from a recognized automotive program (e.g., ASE)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
