Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic services, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and repair vehicle systems.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Ford technologies and repair procedures.
- Work as part of a team to ensure our service center runs smoothly.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform road tests to ensure vehicle performance and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- ASE certification in at least one area of expertise.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
