Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in creative direction.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
- Experience working with brand guidelines and style guides.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Experience in agency environment is a plus.
