Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven administrative experience (1+ years).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work full-time (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
