Elysian Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive team in our New York office. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex calendars and schedules.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage expenses and invoices.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
