Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stockouts.
- Implement and maintain safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
