Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with management to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement and maintain safety and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work overtime as needed.
