Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to all employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Document and track all support activities.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, and common software applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Availability to work on a temporary basis (3-6 months).
