Join GreenThumb Logistics, a leading surplus stock management company, as our Inventory Management Specialist. We're seeking a proactive and organized professional to oversee our surplus stock disposal process, ensuring maximum value recovery and minimal waste.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the surplus stock disposal process.
- Negotiate with buyers and recyclers to maximize recovery value.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify surplus stock and plan disposal.
- Monitor and analyze disposal performance using KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with waste management regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on disposal activities and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with waste management regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- CSCS card and driving license (desirable).
