Responsibilities
- Assist lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons.
- Provide one-on-one attention and support to students.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
- Prepare learning materials and organize classroom resources.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress.
- Participate in professional development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Valid background check and CPR certification.
- Availability to work full-time during the summer months.
