Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Inventory management and cost control.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in menu planning and development.
- Coordinate with banquet and restaurant teams for events and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian and international cuisines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid food safety certification.
