Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Leverage Boolean logic and various sourcing tools to find passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with tech communities and industry leaders.
- Participate in industry events and webinars to stay updated on the latest sourcing trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sourcing processes and tools.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and results to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tech sourcing or recruitment (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of Boolean logic and various sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
- Certification from a recognized recruitment body is a plus.
