Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in the heart of Chennai. We're looking for a motivated professional to manage our inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, verifying, and documenting incoming shipments.
- Preparing and processing outgoing shipments.
- Maintaining accurate records of all shipments.
- Loading and unloading cargo using equipment.
- Performing regular inventory checks.
- Collaborating with vendors and customers.
- Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
- Assisting in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
