- Source, screen, and select top tech talent using your recruitment expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and recruitment agencies.
- Contribute to our employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO (3+ years) and technical recruitment (2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
