Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our online presence.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and hire top tech talent.
- Source and engage with passive candidates through various channels.
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Manage job postings and ensure they are optimized for search engines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Familiarity with Boolean logic and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
