Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our online presence and attract top tech talent.
- Source, screen, and engage with passive and active tech candidates through various channels.
- Collaborate with our hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct phone and on-site interviews, skills assessments, and background checks.
- Create compelling job descriptions and cover notes to attract the best candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize our hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and technical recruitment.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO (minimum 3 years) with a strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization.
- Background in technical recruitment or a related field (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification, SEMrush Certification) are a plus.
