Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our job listings' visibility.
- Source and engage with passive tech candidates through various channels.
- Conduct phone and video screens to assess candidates' technical skills.
- Collaborate with our hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Create and publish job descriptions that are optimized for SEO and appeal to our target audience.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and technical recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with Boolean logic and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and its trends.
