Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content.
- Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Build and maintain relationships with tech candidates through sourcing channels and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet our technical requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill open positions efficiently.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and algorithms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Boolean logic and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications from Google Analytics and/or other SEO platforms are a plus.
