Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Collaborate with our tech recruitment team to source and hire top tech talent.
- Manage and optimize our job boards and career pages for maximum visibility.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Work closely with our marketing team to integrate SEO into our overall marketing strategy.
- Provide SEO training and guidance to our internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO (3+ years) and technical recruitment (2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certified in Google Analytics and/or other relevant SEO certifications.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
