- Source and screen top tech talent using various recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging job descriptions and employer branding content.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance and recruitment metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
