We are seeking a dynamic SEO & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Amsterdam. This role combines your expertise in SEO and recruitment to drive our company's growth and improve our hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our online visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
- Manage and optimize our job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill open positions efficiently.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve our hiring process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and recruitment, preferably in a tech environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in SEO or recruitment are a plus.
