Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience.
- Proficient in Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and results.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
